Return Eligibility

We accept returns on non-customized items within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

The item should be in resalable condition.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Customized or personalized acrylic décor (e.g., nameplates, custom calligraphy)

Sale or discounted items

Products damaged after delivery due to misuse


Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at aartistryworld@gmail.com or via our Contact Us page.


2. Share clear photos of the item and packaging.


3. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund after reviewing the case.



Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable courier service for safe return delivery.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once the item has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
